Police Capture Four Theft Suspects, Recuperate Two Beretta Guns In Delta
Agents of the Delta State Police Order have captured three burglary suspects threatening Sapele in the Sapele Neighbourhood Government Region of the state. The suspects, Gift Atima, 23, pack pioneer Fate Okpako, 23, and Shrewdness Akpohiro, 20, were captured last Wednesday at around 5.45 p.m. following a tip-off.
As per the state Police Advertising Official (PPRO), Edafe Splendid, in a proclamation given at the end of the week, the thought lawbreakers were captured by an exceptional crew driven by Julius Robinson, an Associate Director of Police (ASP), conveyed by the state Magistrate of Police, Abaniwonda Olufemi, to checkmate exercises of hijackers and furnished burglars in Ughelli, Warri, and Sapele.
He said: "The group driven by ASP Julius Robinson raged Sapele Town on the said date and affected the capture of Atima, 23, of the Jesse people group in Ethiope West LGA of Delta State; Okpako, 23, of the Oviri-Okpe people group in Okpe LGA; and Shrewdness Akpohirowho, 20, of the Jesse people group in Ethiope West LGA, all occupants of Sapele town."
Edafe revealed that the police group recovered one Beretta gun, one privately sliced-to-measure weapon, three cutlasses, telephones, and ATM cards from their casualties, adding that a portion of their casualties distinguished the suspects and their resources from them.
In another episode, the police representative expressed that agents of RRS, following up on solid data, raged an uncompleted structure on the Issele-Asagba motorway where some burglary suspects had accumulated and "captured one Usman Bello, 40, and one privately manufactured Beretta gun recovered from him. The suspect, who professed to be deranged, is in care, and the examination is continuous."
