The police and other security organisations supposedly killed around five shooters who purportedly went after a police headquarters in the state on Wednesday night. Sources in the space said the shooters went after the Ishieke Police headquarters in Ishieke, a suburb of Abakaliki, the capital of the state.

On appearance, the shooters purportedly connected with police officers working in a shootout that went on for certain hours. The occurrence, as indicated by sources, began around 9 p.m. with a weighty shooting, terrifying occupants into stowing away.
