The previous Speaker of the House of Delegates, Attorney Yakubu Dogara, has encouraged forerunners in the country to assemble networks across ethnic and strict lines, sharing fruitful harmony drives and cooperating to battle franmentilty.

Dogara noticed that without solidarity, the North can't make due and succeed, bringing up the fact the fact that the locale is the biggest killing field and greatest burial ground in the country.
