Police Capture Couple Over Endeavour To Sell Child, Travel Abroad.

The Police Order in Lagos State says it has captured a couple (name kept), over a supposed endeavor to offer their two-year-old child to head out to Canada. The order's representative, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, affirmed this to the News Organization of Nigeria on Thursday in Lagos.

Mr. Hundeyin said that the couple, who were 28 and 22, were captured on Tuesday while endeavouring to auction the kid. The representative expressed that on Tuesday, at around 2.45 p.m., the Isolo Divisional Cop, DPO, got data that a couple went to the Isolo General Emergency Clinic and proclaimed their aim to sell their child.

 Upon cross-examination, the couple admitted that they chose to offer the child to empower the man to head out to Canada for a greener field. "In any case, the examination is progressing," he said.
