Shooters Killed 13 Ranchers In Niger, Representative Government Exhaust.

Shooters have apparently killed 13 people on their ranches in the Anguwan Mai-Giro people group of Shiroro Neighbourhood Government in Niger State.In a proclamation on Thursday, the state representative lead representative, Yakubu Garba,

Garba said it is "completely shocking and profoundly upsetting" to see individuals execute such a "boorish and horrible demonstration" against individual people.

The appointee lead representative communicated sympathies to the lamenting families, inhabitants, and the Shiroro people group.
