EFCC Captures Movement Official Over N800k Occupation Trick The Monetary and Monetary Violations Commission (EFCC) has had critical triumphs in its battle against misrepresentation and defilement in Nigeria, with two high-profile cases bringing about convictions and condemnations. In the main case, Dabiet Onyemi Gilbert, a movement official, was condemned to one year in jail by Equity H.H. Kereng of the Gombe State High Court for getting N800,000 from a task searcher deceptively.
